We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll work it out together.
Ready-to-wear pieces
If something isn't right with a ready-to-wear piece, message us on WhatsApp soon after it arrives, with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange an exchange.
Customised pieces
Customised pieces are made to your measurements and choices, so we can't take them back. If the fit is off, we'll alter it for you.
Condition
Please keep pieces unworn and unwashed, with their tags, until we've agreed an exchange.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it goes back to your original payment method and usually arrives in 5 to 7 working days.
